HR Business Partner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and attract the best OPERATIONAL talent.
- Ensure that corporate and business guidelines and guidelines are met.
- Being a Talent Consultant for the Hiring Managers, making sure to have the perfect operational fit.
- Know and potentiate the Talent attraction tools that the company has.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
- Management of ERP, ATS, or Talent management CRM (Phenom, Taleo, Workday, SAP).
- Solid experience in recruiting profiles of Robotics, Automation and Control.
- Solid technical knowledge of the Mexican market in Talent.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced level of English.
