Blue Sky Home buyers has an immediate position for a **Cold Caller **to join our team of **ROCKSTARS**.

We are looking for someone who can match our culture - We’re a fast-growing real estate investments company, passionate, innovative, and motivated team players who excel at real estate investing.

As a cold caller you will be reaching out to homeowners by cold calling niche data. The goal is to generate daily leads of homeowners that have an interest in selling their property.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Track and enter data to CRM
Build rapport with homeowners and gauge motivation to sell.
Live transfer hot leads to Acquisitions Manager

**What Do We Look For**

**MUST **have **EXCELLENT **English/Verbal skills
Prior sales and cold calling experience
Background in real estate is a plus.
Highly motivated person who is independent and does not need to be managed.
Energetic team player who loves to talk to people.
Prior experience with CRMs.
A highly organized and detailed person who can manage multiple tasks.

Daily coaching calls/Mastermind remote environment with a cool culture of individuals who step in and help each other out.

No limit on the commission that you can make.

**Requirements**:
This position is fully remote - You can work from anywhere, but a decent setup is a MUST
Fast laptop (2019 model or newer)
Fast internet at home (50 mbps or faster)
A full noise cancellation headset
A decent smartphone (2019 model or newer)
Second screen is a plus

**Salary**: $4 - $6 per hour
Benefits:Paid time off
Experience level: 6 months - 1 year
Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time
Monday to Friday

Pay: $4.00 - $6.00 per hour
