Senior Sailpoint Consultant

**Location**: Anywhere in Mexico (Remote/Work-from-Home)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sailpoint Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sailpoint Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory and implementation services for Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions. This is a senior-level role for an individual with 3 to 7 years of experience in Sailpoint or IAM-related consulting to make a significant impact in a remote work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions for clients.
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and junior consultants in Sailpoint engagements.
Conduct in-depth Sailpoint assessments, analyze client requirements, and recommend best practices.
Configure and customize Sailpoint IdentityIQ to meet client's specific IAM needs and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to gather IAM requirements and design scalable and secure Sailpoint solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest Sailpoint trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain Sailpoint documentation, operational procedures, and incident response plans.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior Sailpoint consultants and support teams.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementation and consulting.
Hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
Sailpoint certifications, such as Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
