**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide/program problem resolutions with a clear understanding of file structures and programming techniques.
- Troubleshoot and modify existing programs and reports.
- Provide education to all company locations and employees.
- Maintain departmental documentation related to projects and changes.
- Monitor and respond to system messages including job queue and spool file control.
- Reorganize objects when required to maximize space and efficient use of system resources.
- Assist users in problem determination and resolution.
- Locate, diagnose, and correct/repair problems on a timely basis.
- Administer end-user access to ERP.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience supporting database management, system/user setup, and user training.
- Knowledge: iSeries operating system.
- 8 to 10 years of experience on the platforms mentioned above.
- Knowledge: Software; INFOR/XA MAPICS.
- Knowledge: RPG IV, SQL, free format RPG, next-generation RPG.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a project-based team environment.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work an eight hour shift during the US Eastern Time Zone working hours (7 AM ET to 6 PM ET)
