**Remote Team Solutions** is a Staffing company in charge of creating remote teams for clients around the world. We are looking for a Bilingual profile that can fulfill the following functions. We are that human resources department that helps you to have the experience of working directly with a foreign company but with all the legal support that a Mexican worker must have.

**Proyecto**:

- En este puesto, trabajarás en el desarrollo de funciones de pila completa de extremo a extremo, abarcando el modelado de datos, las pruebas, la escalabilidad, la operatividad y las métricas continuas. Se trabaja en **Elixir**. Se trata de un puesto que requiere excepcionales habilidades de programación, un liderazgo técnico demostrado y la capacidad de colaborar de forma transversal con las partes interesadas del negocio, los jefes de producto, los diseñadores y otros líderes tecnológicos. Buscan ingenieros apasionados por la tecnología, que investiguen nuevas soluciones y formas de trabajar, que disfruten asesorando a otros ingenieros y compartiendo conocimientos con sus compañeros.

**Responsabilidades**
- Participar en el desarrollo de funciones de pila completa de extremo a extremo, abarcando el modelado de datos, las pruebas, la escalabilidad, la operabilidad y las métricas continuas.
- Garantizar que construimos software de alta calidad mediante la revisión de las comprobaciones de código de los compañeros.
- Definir las mejores prácticas para el desarrollo de productos, ingeniería y codificación como parte de un equipo de ingeniería de clase mundial.
- Trabajar en un equipo de producto aprovechando nuestras principales plataformas tecnológicas, que incluyen Comercio Directo, Cadena de Suministro, Automatización de Marketing, Móvil y Datos. Colaborar en los debates sobre arquitectura y en la toma de decisiones arquitectónicas que forman parte de la mejora y expansión continuas de estas plataformas.
- Participar en el desarrollo de funciones en colaboración con otros ingenieros; validar requisitos e historias, evaluar las capacidades actuales del sistema y descomponer los requisitos de las funciones en tareas de ingeniería.

**Requerimientos**:

- Más de 2 años de experiência en el desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas.
- Conocimientos de diseño e ingeniería de bases de datos
- Familiaridad con marcos de pruebas automatizadas
- Fluidez con procesos ágiles y herramientas como Jira o Pivotal Tracker
- Experiência con Elixir o Scala
- Experiência con Tailwind CSS
- Bases de datos relacionales - Postgres, MySQL, o similar
- Experiência con GitHub o control de código fuente similar (GitLab o BitBucket o Azure DevOps)
- Dominio de procesos ágiles y herramientas como Jira o Pivotal Tracker

**Schedules**
- Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm
- Modalidad Hibrida (2 días presencial)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
