About you:
Join us in a new role to develop and embed great practices across all areas of our agriculture operations. We seek an expert manager to join our team.

You will guide us in developing and implementing our quality and sustainability strategy within our agriculture operations.

The position will coordinate our quality management, sustainability, and corresponding governance efforts across all our agriculture operations.

This multidisciplinary role would suit someone with experience managing projects, quality systems, sustainability (ESG), and compliance teams.

About the role:

- Responsible for leading the quality control efforts of our agriculture supplies, production processes, field activities and agave quality.
- Design and built our agriculture quality management strategy (Plan, scope, KPI´s, resources, structure, road map and implementation).
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s quality management systems and ensure continuing compliance to relevant quality standards.
- Design and implement our inspection and quality assurance audits in our agave fields.
- Arrange, coordinate, and participate in external quality audits.
- Coordinate and implement quality and food safety certifications in our agave fields (homologate, certify, and build best practices).
- Responsible and Lead to coordinate with the sustainability manager our sustainability and “SOP” spirit of progress efforts across our agriculture operations.
- Generate Partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional, local, and global partners to align, design, and implement our sustainability strategy within our agriculture operations.
- Lead, guide, and secure execution of our regenerative agriculture and sustainability programs within our agriculture and shared value growers operations as well as the communities where we operate.
- Assure and collaborate with our local and global governance team to ensure policies are implemented across all our agriculture operations.
- Ensure the accountability and implementation of systems and processes to supervise and lead compliance within our agriculture operations.
- Develop and implement our agriculture audit strategy as a preventive system, crafting a culture of compliance across all our agriculture operations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

- Biotechnology, agronomic, and/or industrial engineering background.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in agriculture operations leading all aspects of sustainability, operations, and quality management.
- Proficient English speaking.
- Desirable knowledge related to sustainability, food, and safety certifications (SQF, ISO 9001, ARA)
