**Summary**:
- Is responsible of leading the Plant to operate and provide products and services with the quality and time expected; in an efficient and cost effective manner while meeting company business targets.
**Role**:
- Stablish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and safety culture.
- Stablish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.
- Develop strategies to achieve QVC targets.
- Provide solid, consistent leadership, accountability and mentoring to all employees.
- Lead the plant’s efforts to develop personnel.
- Responsible for P&L of the business unit.
- Lead use of tools to improve business conditions such as: ICIM, Shainin, Lean, Problem Solving, etc.
- Lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity and delivery.
**Background**:
- Bachelors in Engineering or other required.
- Master degree is highly desired.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong use of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving tools: ICIM/ Shainin / other.
- Finance knowledge: P&L, Forecasting, budgets.
- Coaching and management skills.
- Flexibility to change: move to other location/ area.
- Computer systems such as: Microsoft Office, Minitab, SAP are a must. Experience in manufacturing of automotive harnesses (must)
