Estamos expandiendo nuestra presencia global de Centros de Operaciones mediante el establecimiento de un nuevo Centro de Operaciones en la Ciudad de México para servir a todo el continente americano (América del Norte y LatAm) con posiciones que representan productos, tecnología, operaciones de ventas, ventas internas, servicio a clientes y finanzas. Este nuevo Centro de Operaciones se basará en los centros existentes establecidos en Asia (India y Filipinas), Europa (Polonia) y América (Costa Rica)

Como **Ingeniero en Software en Thomson Reuters**, serás responsable de buscar continuamente la optimización de los sistemas y servicios de seguridad, la automatización, el desempeño y la disponibilidad, al mismo tiempo de garantizar que las soluciones desarrolladas, se apeguen a los estándares de arquitectura. Serás responsable de garantizar que los sistemas tecnológicos y los procesos relacionados se alineen con los valores organizacionales. Podrás ofrecer soluciones innovadoras que tengan un impacto en los negocios de nuestros clientes todos los días y estar en contacto con compañeros de equipo a nível mundial para desarrollar ideas innovadoras para los mejores productos disponibles en el mercado. En esta oportunidad como **Lead Software Engineer** tendrás la oportunidad de:

- ** Desarrollo y entrega**: Aplicar practicas modernas de Ingeniería, serás parte de todo el desarrollo, soporte operativo, monitoreo, automatización, creación, testing y proporcionar soluciones de alta calidad para el equipo de Ingeniería.
- ** Trabajo en equipo**: Trabajar en un ambiente de equipo colaborativo, compartirás información, valorarás diferentes ideas y te asociaras con equipos multifuncionales y remotos.

**Acerca de ti**

Tu perfil se ajusta a nuestras funciones de **Lead Software Engineer** si tienes las siguientes:

- Licenciatura en Ciencia de la computación, Ingeniería, Tecnología de la información o experiência equivalente
- 7+ años de experiência en conocimiento practico en el entorno del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.

**Nuestro perfil Ideal** debe de ser experto en**:

- .Net/C#, ASP.Net **o** Java (tener experiência en alguno de los lenguajes antes mencionados)
- AWS
- Desarrollo API
- Contenedores (eg Docker, Kubernetes)
- Desarrollo UI: Angular, JQuery, JavaScript, XSLT, HTML5, XML, JSON

**Las **siguientes habilidades también** **son deseadas**
- Experiência trabajando con relational databases y/o bases de datos NoSQL
- Experiência práctica trabajando con desarrollo server-side JavaScript con conocimiento en creación de procesos en modern JavaScript (tests,linting,transpilation,bunduling, minification, deployment) y herramientas (Webpack, Babel, Eslint, Karma, Jasmine, Jenkins)
