**The Job**:

- Join Epicor as a Scrum Master for Prophet 21 As a Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in our Agile development team, guiding them through the software development lifecycle with finesse.**What you will be doing**:

- Facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, grooming sessions and retrospectives.
- May assist in communication between the Scrum Team and Product Owner, the team and Product Development leadership, to ensure impediments are identified and removed.
- Facilitates work getting done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Works on impediments and outcomes of daily stand ups to ensure team efficiencies.
