Distributes and supervises the activities of the personnel under their charge according to the production schedule in time, quality and quantity according to the standards and specifications of the client. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results. Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures, Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods. Implementing cost reductions. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques, Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives. Responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area. Conduct performance evaluations regularly to review the work of an employee and to ensure that the proposed objectives are met. Responsible for establishing the employee performance objectives, which must be performed in a certain timeframe. To have regular contact with staff through supervisory sessions to motivate, give feedback, solve problems and provide guidance, assistance and /or support. Execute the Production Plan based on our pull system KB.

Experiência y requisitos

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Bilingual English 80%+/- (Preferable ) Required to travel Experience in Rivet pop, Spot welding, Mig Welding, Tig, Welding, grinders process Industrial, Mechanic or Process Engineering or 5 to 7 years of Experience as Production Supervisor or similar Role. Knowledge welding process specifications, standard quality criteria in the industry. No Gender requirements. No Age requirements.
