Portals Analyst

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a diligent **Portals Analyst** to join our team at Landing As a Portals Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving access issues on our property portals, ensuring timely and accurate payment processes, and maintaining effective communication with our property partners.

**What You'll Do**:

- Take requests from internal teams regarding reporting portal access problems or non-payment issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access problems to restore portal functionality.
- Reset passwords and assist users in regaining access to the portal.
- Set up autopayment systems to ensure timely rent payments.
- Collaborate with properties to troubleshoot and solve payment problems when autopay cannot be set up.

**What You Need**:

- Ability to work in-office (Torre Esmeralda 3, Mexico City)
- Advanced English
- Ability to investigate and resolve problems independently.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a high sense of urgency.
