Estamos en busqueda de alguien que será el encargado del proceso de reclutamiento dirigido a drivers, desde la identificación de nuevos talentos hasta completar el proceso de contratación, aunado a tareas adiministrativas.

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés conversacional indispensable nível avanzado (B2-C2)
- Experiência en servicio al cliente
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y persuasión
- Pensador estratégico con capacidad para resolver problemas
- Habilidades de negociación y multitasking
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión

**Responsabilidades**:

- Búsqueda y selección de drivers y carriers estadounidenses
- Proceso de reclutamiento desde levantamiento de perfil hasta oferta laboral
- Recopilación de documentos
- Manejo de expedientes
- Manejo de bases de datos

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm y 8:00 am a 5:00 pm (presencial)
- Sueldo base + bonos
- Plan de crecimiento
- Capacitaciones constantes

Pay: $15,000.00 per month
