- Responsible for providing customers with the guidance and support needed throughout the full life cycle of subscription to ensure successful and effective use of CX Application products (onboarding, provisioning, implementation, adoption, product updates, governance, cross-sell/up-sell and renew). _
- _Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client. _
- _Develop and manage relationship with customers at operational and management levels. _
- _Develop and maintain relationships with management across lines of business and third parties. _
- _Implement governance meetings at customer (at levels operational and executive). _
- _Act as the primary liaison between Oracle, the customer, and other involved parties. _
- _Responsible for escalating issues across multiple business units within Oracle (e.g. Technical Support, Engineering, Operations, etc.) and coordinating resources to resolve problems. _
- _Collaborate daily with product team members from EMEA, APAC, and North America. _
- _Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment._
