**IT Human Resources Specialist**

What we are looking for:
**IT Human Resources Specialist** to carry out activities of the Human Resources area in order to guarantee the correct implementation of these activities, to help the organizational growth and the satisfaction of the collaborators.
- Fluent English required.

**Requirements**:
5 years of experience.

**Recruitment, Selection and Inclusion**
- Recruit members for the different vacancies in the organization.

**Organizational Culture and Climate**
- Cultivate and audit the values, mission and vision of the company.
- Generate recommendations to the board for the promotion of processes and methodologies that facilitate a good work environment.
- Design, coordinate and measure the impact of activities that favor a good work environment.

**Internal communications**
- Transmit contents related to culture and work environment.

**Training and Professional Development**
- Design, coordinate and audit the performance evaluation process.
- Design and coordinate growth and development plan for the members of the company.

**Compensation, benefits and labor relationship.**
- Generate strategies to ensure internal and external compensation equity.

**Payroll**
- Elaboration and revision of pre-payroll.
- Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes, ensuring due compliance with applicable legislation.

**Legal**
- General knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.

**Activities and responsibilities with other areas.**
- Elaborate, improve and participate in the audits of the area's processes.
- Follow up and give attention to requests from Management.
