**Propósito del rol**
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de estructuración jurídica de operaciones de crédito, de GPS, GTS y LTM requerido por los segmentos transaccionales de Wholesale.
- Instrumentación de Garantías Corporativas y créditos Cross Border
- Asegurar la correcta formalización e implementación de garantías relacionadas con los créditos comerciales otorgados por el Banco dentro de Wholesale dentro de la zona metropolitana y a nível nacional.
- Coordinar la intervención de los proveedores externos requeridos para la estructuración de las operaciones de crédito autorizadas por el Banco, tales como firmas legales y fedatarios públicos.
- Llevar a cabo las acciones necesarias, e implementar los controles debidos para mitigar el riesgo legal, contractual y legislativo derivado de las operaciones realizadas por el Banco.
- Llevar a cabo el proceso de estructuración jurídica de operaciones de crédito bajo la modalidad de sindicación y/o club deals.

**Principales actividades**
- Atención en forma inmediata a las consultas realizadas por el área de Wholesale vinculadas con estrategias legales para nuevas propuestas de negocio, formalización y negociación de operaciones de créditos bilaterales y estructurados, y de más contratos de productos de y/o servicios bancarios, así como cualquier consulta relacionada a la apertura de cuentas de los clientes, lo anterior con la finalidad de que siempre estén sujetos a las disposiciones legales aplicables y a la normatividad interna.
- Atención personalizada al cliente interno, atendiendo juntas o reuniones para retroalimentación proactiva en beneficio del negocio para apoyar la captación, colocación y atención de clientes, así como la estructuración de operaciones de crédito con los mismos
- Coordinar con los despachos externos y fedatarios públicos la atención de operaciones con el área de crédito que requieran su intervención de acuerdo a las políticas del Banco, y completar la revisión de los documentos elaborados por los mismos a efecto de garantizar que cumplen con las condiciones establecidas para la operación de que se trate.
- Llevar a cabo el control y monitoreo de la documentación legal derivada de las operaciones de crédito estructuradas por el Banco, con el fin de asegurar la efectiva ejecución de los derechos en favor del Banco derivados de la misma.
Requirements
- Abogado con mínimo 5 años de experiência brindando soporte legal a áreas de negocio para la estructuración de crédito empresarial y/o corporativo, ya sea como abogado interno, o bien trabajando en firmas legales o notarías.
- Experiência deseable en estructuración de créditos bilaterales, sindicados y cross border.
- Manejo amplio de instituciones de derecho civil, mercantil y derecho cambiario. Deseable conocimiento de derecho inmobiliario y/o notarial, así como regulación de instituciones financieras en México.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, capacidad de resolución de problemas, liderazgo, visión de negocio y trabajo en equipo.
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
