**Requisitos**
- **Dominio 100% del idioma inglés**. Experiência demostrable como coordinador(a) de RR. HH. o un puesto administrativo o de Recursos Humanos relacionado
- Conocimiento en procesos y mejores prácticasde Recursos Humanos, en especial en Reclutamiento
- Dominio de MS Office (especialmente MS Excel y MS PowerPoint)
- Experiência con bases de datos de RR. HH.
- Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de búsqueda, como bases de datos de CV y comunidades en línea
- Familiaridad con el reclutamiento en las redes sociales
- Excepcionales capacidades comunicativas e interpersonales
- Capacidad de manejar datos respetando las confidencialidad
- Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
- Grado en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado; se valorará la formación en Gestión de Recursos Humanos

**Responsabilidades**
- Redirigir llamadas relacionadas con los RR. HH. o distribuir correspondencia a la persona apropiada del equipo
- Mantener registros de datos relacionados con el personal (nóminas, información personal, bajas, tasas de rotación, etc.) tanto en papel como en la base de datos y asegurarse de que se cumplen todos los requisitos laborales
- Actuar de enlace con otros departamentos o funciones (nóminas, beneficios, etc.)
- Ayudar a los supervisores en los procedimientos para la gestión del rendimiento
- Programar reuniones, entrevistas, eventos de RR. HH., etc. y mantener la agenda del equipo
- Coordinar seminarios y sesiones de formación
- Realizar sesiones de orientación, incorporaciones y actualizar registros con los nuevos empleados
- Elaborar y presentar informes sobre la actividad general de RR. HH.
- Ayudar en proyectos de RR. HH. ad hoc, como recopilación de feedback de empleados
- Ayudar en otras funciones según se le asigne
