**Descripción del empleo**
Collaborate with the attention of clients who require assistance regarding their accounts once they have left the hotel. Monitoring hotel and golf collections, as well as payment of commissions.
Responsible for ensuring all departments within the hotel follow credit and collections policies and procedures. Works in close coordination with Sales, Groups and Conventions and Front Office.
**Requisitos**
Requires basic knowledge of accounting and finance, management of the Opera system, and experience in the area of accounts receivable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to learn new programs.
- Planning, organization and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with internal and external clients.
- Proactivity, teamwork, capable of managing various activities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management.
- Accustomed to working under pressure and on objectives.
