Purpose: Drive marketing execution for Levi’s® brand by Levi Strauss & Co w/in Mexico and deliver plans and programs that help achieve the commercial short and long term plans (AFP and SBP). Support local marketing programs including: advertising, PR, engagement, digital, and social, across the Mexico market.
- Develop and implement local market-leading strategies and brand marketing plans to both build brand equity, strengthen awareness and consumer loyalty. As well as support the commercial needs of the business.
- Support the achievement of AFP Plans and the 20 mile march
- Maximize media impact to drive increases in traffic and conversation rates across channels
- ROI growth relative to media investment and Net Revenue
- Global Brand Equity Metrics improvement
- Detect local requirements and opportunities that are based on deep understanding of customers, consumers and competitors as well as other attributes of marketplace.

Key Metrics:
Drive demand for Levi’s and deliver Revenue & EBIT targets. Increase traffic; PR impressions; market share; brand awareness; Marketing ROI and KPI’s linked to seasonal campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and execute local marketing portions of the global marketing plan, adapting global marketing programs to the local needs
- Ensure that all activities (consumer, retail, wholesale) align with the global brand "look & feel"
- Detect and help to resolve complex problems within areas of expertise and within a local market
- Detect and help to develop locally specific media tactics to support seasonal programs
- Define and align the fixed and flex elements of the plan.
- Own the key metrics for Levi’s brand.
- Provide input to the Sr Brand Marketing Manager in the development of the local marketing brief to inform Global Marketing organization regarding local requirements and opportunities, based on deep understanding of customers, consumers and competitors as well as other attributes of the marketplace
- Support the roll-out and successful adoption of global marketing programs within Mexico
- Support and execute advertising and media plans and primary contact with local agencies and vendors
- Support local Customer Marketing Teams (Retail and Wholesale) in ensuring effective integration
- Coordination with the Brand Environment Team in the integration of promotional/ tactical activities by channel/ account planned by the Customer Marketing Teams (Retail and Wholesale)
- Work in partnership with marketplace insights to identify, understand and activate local consumer insights & competitive intelligence into category leading marketing strategies.
