**MISSION**

The Property Services Support Coordinator is the face of maintenance for External Vendors inside of the market. This individual is responsible for all External (Vendor) functions of maintenance regarding the following: revenue, profitability. With all positions, you must “treat it like you own it”

This person must move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and finally, have a knack for detailed, accurate work.

A large responsibility for this position will be supporting and communicating with our External Vendors. Your job is to provide oversight to the External Vendors and to ensure they understand the full scope and the why behind their role. This understanding centers around each vendor knowing what their days/weeks look like and full support for them to be successful in staying busy and completing projects timely.

**Outcomes**
- 3rd Party Vendor Management - 5 Day Life Span on Melds
- Daily Follow up with Vendors on Assigned Work
- Weekly Follow up on Vendor Invoices
- Daily Review Vendor Estimates

**New Vendor On Boarding**
- Min 2 Vendors and 1 Emergency Vendor on boarded at all times for each trade
- Maintain Workers Comp Compliance
- Vendor report in Appfolio is up to date at all times
