Overseas Sales Order Management.
Handling expedites requests from the Customer.
Providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time.
Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer.
Direct interface with customer for expediting and order placement issues.
Provides commitment dates for the delivery of the requested product.
Provides and executes commitment delivery dates.
Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
Carry out the management within the company for the shipment.
Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers.
Experiência y requisitos
6+ years’ experience in Customer Service or similar role.
- SAP (preferred)/ MRP.
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
- Logistic/Transportation process.
- English proficient (Advanced).
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent organizational ability and effectively with internal and external parties.
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
