BA or BS degree in accounting or finance is required.

7 - 10 years experience in manufacturing/production, 3 years in a similar position is required and the rest as accountant or other financial-accounting lower positions. Fluent english. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting regulations, accounting internal controls, and financial statements required. Ability to communicate statistical and financial data clearly at both the executive and entry levels. Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze financial statements and cash flows. Knowledge of tax regulations & reporting requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected. Must be highly organized, with an ability to prioritize tasks. Positive attitude and ability to work with, communicate to, and lead others.

Main Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site accounting & reporting functions. Oversee entity level month-end close processes including: balancing & reconciliation of general ledger accounts, timely upload of all required month end reports, filing/reporting of all tax related requirements, as well as year-end closing and related audits. Participate in monthly review of financial statements and review of all general ledger account classifications. Assist with analysis of budget-to-actual fluctuations, ensure accuracy of financial data and provide explanations of variances and deviations. Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Oversee month end inventory calculation and ensure accuracy of physical counts, cost/valuation and related worksheets. Oversee all cash processing operations and procedures and verification with banking records. Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely & accurate processing. Manage Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely & accurate processing. Provide direction and training to team members in all areas related to financial reporting, internal controls, standard operating procedures, & expense controls. Provide special reporting/analysis of financial data, market trends or projects as required to management. Manage IT processes, working with IT service providers as needed. Performs various other duties as required to meet business objectives.
