**Main responsibilities are**:
Processes execution for all outgoing shipments, mostly to Customers; monitor and manage correct material flow for Finished Goods, from the production center to the Customer’s transport loading.

Fluid and constant communication with Customers via established tools and standards. Responsible for all shipment related documents, according to Legal, VT Standards and Customer guidelines.

Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree, preferable related to the function
- Years of experience in the position: desirable 2-3 years
- Years of experience in automotive industry: desirable 2-3 years
- International Experience: not required.
- Required Knowledge: Billing and Distribution, Warehouse Management, Customer Portals
- Software: SAP, not indispensable
- English Level: Fluent business
- Soft Skills: Work under pressure, coordination with others, discipline, urgency sense

**Sus principales responsabilidades son**:
Ejecutar y supervisar procesos de gestión y operación para la salida de mercancías; verificar y administrar el flujo correcto de los mercancías, desde los centros productivos hasta la ejecución de embarques, mantener comunicación correcta, constante y fuida con los clientes y asegurando la satisfacción de sus necesidades. Responsable de generar la documentación necesaria para el embarque de acuerdo a los procedimientos y normas establecidos.

**Perfil Requerido**:
Escolaridad: Relacionada con el puesto, ejemplo: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, etc.

Años de Experiência en puesto: 2-3

Años de Experiência en industria Automotriz: 2-3

Conocimientos: Embarques y facturación, Manejo de Almacenes, Portales de Clientes
