Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un IT Senior Project Manager responsable de la ejecución exitosa de inicio a fin de proyectos de implementación de aplicaciones.

**Requerimientos**
- Licenciatura en Sistemas o afín.
- Más de 8 años de experiência en proyectos grandes y complejos de implementación de aplicaciones.
- Comprensión general de la arquitectura, seguridad, desarrollo, infraestructura en el desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Enfoque al cliente y comprensión de los procesos de negocio.
- Orientación a los resultados de alto impacto a negocio.
- Trabajo efectivo en equipo.
- Certificación PMP deseable pero no requerida.
- Experiência rastreable en proyectos de desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Altamente auto-gestionable.

**Responsabilidades**
- Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de negocio para asegurar el entendimiento del requerimiento de negocio.
- Influir en los equipos internos y externos para la obtención de resultados y gestiona a los proveedores externos para la correcta entrega de productos y servicios.
- Dirigir al equipo tecnología involucrado en proyectos de desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones.
- Integrar a los equipos de trabajo de tecnología y negocio para la definición de las actividades del plan de trabajo.
- Coordinar las actividades del equipo, identifica los recursos necesarios y elabora los planes para el cumplimiento de fechas compromiso.
- Monitorear y verificar los avances de las actividades con los equipos.
- Gestionar las entregas de productos/servicios/actividades con los proveedores externos.
- Facilitar la identificación de riesgos e issues en conjunto con el equipo y asegurase de que existen planes de mitigación.
- Comprender de manera general los requerimientos de tecnología (arquitectura, seguridad, infraestructura) para asegurar que están contemplados dentro de los planes de trabajo.
- Habilitar la toma de decisiones con base en datos e información relevante.
- Monitorear los KPIs de productividad, calidad y desempeño.
- Identificar impedimentos y definir acciones correctivas.
- Influir en el equipo para conseguir colaboración y coordinación para la entrega de resultados.
- Comunicar a clientes internos y áreas ejecutivas de Tecnología y Negocio el estatus de los proyectos.
- Facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje dentro de los equipos para la mejora continua.
- Resolver objetiva y efectivamente los conflictos que surjan durante la ejecución del proyecto.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
