_**Requisitos**:_
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência demostrada como comprador o en un puesto similar relacionado con las compras.
- Sólidas dotes de negociación y capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones eficaces con los proveedores.
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Mentalidad analítica con capacidad para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en ellos.
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de MS Office y familiaridad con el software de compras.
- Conocimiento de los principios y prácticas de la gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno acelerado y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
- Dominio del español y del inglés (escrito y verbal).
- **Responsabilidades clave**:_
1. Obtener y adquirir los materiales, bienes y servicios necesarios para la producción y las operaciones.
2. Identificar y evaluar a los posibles proveedores/vendedores en función de la calidad, el precio, la fiabilidad y la velocidad de entrega.
3. Negociar contratos, condiciones y precios con los proveedores para garantizar tratos favorables y optimizar los costes.
4. Mantener relaciones sólidas con los proveedores existentes y desarrollar nuevas asociaciones de proveedores para ampliar la red de la cadena de suministro.
5. Coordinarse con los departamentos internos, incluidos los de producción, logística y finanzas, para garantizar procesos de aprovisionamiento fluidos.
6. Supervisar los níveles de inventario y gestionar la reposición de existencias para evitar la escasez y minimizar el exceso de inventario.
7. Analizar las tendencias del mercado, el rendimiento de los proveedores y la evolución del sector para tomar decisiones de compra con conocimiento de causa.
8. Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para aplicar iniciativas de ahorro de costes y mejoras de los procesos.
9. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y requisitos normativos de la empresa relacionados con las actividades de adquisición.
10. Preparar y mantener registros, informes y documentación precisos relacionados con las actividades de compra.
