**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for:

- Assessment of the business impact and value associated to solutions being implemented at the affiliate.
- Identifying and developing digital automation projects at the affiliate level. Provide cost savings analysis and resolving feasibility of the solution, Screens, categorizes, evaluates, reconciles, reports and resolves data integrity issues.
- Analyzes training needs of executive staff and provides quality individual and group training programs crafted to insure maximum utilization of equipment.
- Records and Information Management teams to ensure Information Security, Identity and Access Management, Records and Information Management teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized to protect Amgen’s information.
- Optimally communication of DTI projects status for both internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of related regulatory/industry considerations, compliance issues and/or scientific discovery
- Creates and contributes to development and maintenance of relevant policies, SOPs and associated documents for IS.
- Ensures compliance with Amgen’s corporate regulatory requirements e.g. SOX, GxP, Data Privacy, Data Security.

- Delivery of projects and initiatives.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Associate’s degree and 5 years of experience in similar positions on the industry.
- Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- SCRUM Master certification; SCRUM coach desired.
- UiPath and Project Management.
- Hardware fundamentals: desktop/server, Data interfaces/file transfer, reporting and analysis skills, SQL, database, Tableau, OS, web technologies
- Presentation Skills.
- Experience in technical diagram/process flow charting.
- Knowledge of network/infrastructure fundamentals and data and design models.
