**Qualifications and skills**:

- Ingeniería (Industrial, químico, ambiental o afín)
- +3 Años de expericncia en planta de Manufactura (DESEABLE: alimentos)
- Auditor Interno ISO 14000:1 y 45000:1
- Gestión de SMETA Código ETI
- Fuerte conocimiento en gestión y cumplimiento de normativa mexicana, Estatal, Municipal y Federal
- Adaptabilidad al cambio
- Resiliencia
- Liderazgo efectivo a través de las personas
