**You Are**:
The Project Manager performs end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensures the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met enhancing customer satisfaction.

**The opportunity**:

- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals. Create a well define project plan and manage the plan effectively.
- Sprint Management: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that teams are meeting sprint goals and maintaining a sustainable pace.
- Agile Leadership: Act as a leader for Agile teams, removing obstacles, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage expectations, provide status updates, and ensure project goals are clearly communicated and understood.
- Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely mitigation or escalation.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and self-organization within teams, promoting continuous improvement.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Structured project management methodologies (e.g., agile techniques).
- Estimation techniques.
- Metrics analysis and quantitative management.
- Root cause analysis.
- People management including goal setting growth aspects and coaching.

**Benefits**

Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance. Certain employees may be eligible for additional Company benefits beginning on the date of hire, including dental, disability and life insurance plans; four (4) days of personal time off per year, up to three (3) days of paid medical leave per year, and up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave per year.
