Ahora, estamos en búsqueda de**:Order Management Analyst (vacante temporal)**

**¿Cuál es el propósito principal de esta posición?**

Coordinar, planear y administrar la orden del cliente enfocados 100% al servicio de la cadena y/o cadenas a su cargo asi como cumplir con los planes de facturación y manejo de inventario que ayuden a mejorar el flujo de efectivo de la compañía.

**¿En qué trabajarás?**
Asegurar ingresos de demanda de cada uno de los clientes.
Asegurarse de solicitar citas de manera inmediata una vez que esta demanda se encuentre en sistema SAP.
Dar tracking a los productos que se tengan como tránsito, asignación y faltantes hasta su arribo al SMC.
Dar cumplimiento a los KPI'S comprometidos en servicio: cumplimiento a las políticas de calidad de Pepsico, 100% en entregas en clientes Advantage y cumplir en tiempo y forma con cada una de las citas buscando al menos un 98% de cumplimiento en Fill Rate y On time
Gestionar la administración correcta de las órdenes de compra para lograr los planes de Facturación de la compañía.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las entregas para llevar a cabo las acciones correctivas de los hallazgos encontrados en los No Fill Rate. (rechazos, incumplimientos o depuraciones).
Proporcionar información clara y precisa sobre su demanda mediante reportes como servicio y desgloses de este al largo del mes.
Mantener comunicación contante con el área de servicio que nos ayude a asegurar el correcto manejo de las
claves activas en el sistema (cambios de clave, descontinuidad, cambios de precio).
Siempre asegurar flujo de los diferentes almacenes y Plantas.
