**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- To ensure timely and proper compliance of the External Government Reporting PepsiCo is mandate to file to different US Government Agencies, through the coordination with the domestic and international sectors.
- To ensure timely and accurate booking of the intercompany transactions carried on with all the international sectors (AMESA, APAC, EUROPE, LATAM).

**Purpose and scope of the role**:

- Government reporting:
This individual is responsible to coordinate, gather and prepare different reporting forms as required by different US Government agencies, ensure the data is accurate and presented in the right manner. Depending on each report, this can be only US domestic locations, or all other international locations.
- International Intercompany transactions:
Primarily responsible of the coordination and communication with all the international sectors (AMESA, APAC, EUROPE, and LATAM), to book the corresponding cross charges for different transactions. This individual will interact closely with Treasury team, and International sector contacts, as well as other Corporate Finance partners.

**Your Impact**

As The
**Corporate Control & Reporting Senior Analyst **your scope will consist of:
**Government reporting**:

- Reports under the responsibility of this role are: QFR200, BEA125, ACE1, ECONOMIC CENSUS, BE11, BE577, & HSR.
- Being the primary contact from the Company with the Government to to coordinate the timing of the deliverables and to resolve any questions that may arise from the different international sectors regarding some specifics of the submissions.
- Prepare instructions and calendars regarding these reports and send them over the international sector contacts to complete.
- Coordinate with the HFM team requests and/or modification requests to the actual templates existing in the system related to each specific report.

**International Intercompany transactions**:

- Primarily responsible of the coordination and communication with all the international sectors (AMESA, APAC, EUROPE, and LATAM), to book the corresponding cross charges for different transactions.
- Ensure the GL strings to book those cross charges are correct.
- Prepare and provide monthly balance reconciliations.
- Provide balance confirmations for auditing purposes as required by the international locations.
- This individual will interact closely with Treasury team, and International, as well as other Corporate Finance partners.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required with preference for accounting/finance/administration.

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in general accounting.

**Competencies**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilience, tolerance to frustration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles in the US.
- Timeliness, accuracy, control requirements and strict adherence to policy and procedures.
- Experience with SAP and HFM.
