**Team description**
The Global Service Center team is responsible for delivery Policy, Signaling, SBC and Cloud Native projects around the world, ensuring quality and excellence in all deployments. A 5G consultant will be able to work with customers to design architectures, solutions, migrations and optimizations
**Responsibilities**
Develop and lead network solutions for our Oracle SIP platforms: SBC, SLB, SR, SDM, OCOM.
Technical solution analysis, architecture and routing design
Migration and Database Conversion planning
Performance/Optimization Tuning
Integration/Interoperability Testing
Performance monitoring, integration, upgrade, and troubleshooting
Participate in PoCs and Lab environments
Collaborate and work closely with presales, sales and solutions areas
Be a technical reference and resolve technical challenges for the customers
Provide a consistent interface to the customer for technical and engineering activities
Service delivery activities includes implementation, technical discussions, and explanations of proposed solutions with customers, development of methods of procedure and other documentation as required by the customer.
Work Saturday sporadically
Travel 25% of the time
**Required qualifications**
Strong Knowledge Oracle SIP platform: SBC, SLB, SR, SDM, OCOM.
Strong Knowledge about Telco Signaling Protocols (SIP), hands-on experience
Knowledge of IP networking (LAN/WAN, routing)
Knowledge about Linux/Unix operating systems and bash scripting.
Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to quickly learn new skills and domains
Proactive and self-driving
Must have a fluent English, both, written and verbal

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
