Production Planner/Customer Service

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. en Negocios internaciones, Ingeniería Industrial o afin.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência
- Inglés Avanzado
- Conocimiento SAP, preferentemente en módulo de logística
- Manejo de paquetería Office
- Experiência en **Planeación**

Planeación de Producción, análisis de capacidades de máquina, demanda de cliente, etc. Manejo de indicadores.
- Experiência en **customer service**:
Actuar como contacto del cliente en relación con la facturación, los servicios de garantía, las especificaciones de los productos y la información sobre envíos programados y expediciones.

Gestionar todas las consultas de los clientes realizando una investigación exhaustiva y/o coordinándose con otros departamentos según sea necesario para obtener soluciones.
- Manejo de portales de cliente

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $27,000.00 - $33,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Diurno
- Lunes a viernes
