**What this job involves**:
A Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and clients, providing them with a positive and satisfying experience, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a bilingual work environment.
**Location**: Lomas de Chapultepec
**Work schedule**: Monday To Fraday from 9 am to 6 pm
**Work model**: On site
What is your day to day?
Receive and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner in both languages.
Provide accurate information about the company, its products or services to visitors.
Manage and direct incoming telephone calls and pre-select them to ensure efficient service.
Assist in scheduling appointments and reservations for meetings and events.
Collect and distribute mail and packages to employees.
Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
Assist in the coordination of courier and delivery services.
Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Maintain an up-to-date record of visitors and their details.
Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Desired experience and technical skills
Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in two languages (usually English and another language).
Experience in customer service and skills in dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Knowledge of basic computer tools, such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
Organization and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and requests in a busy environment.
Good presentation and ability to maintain a courteous and friendly manner at all times.
Adaptability and ability to work as a team.
Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
