Costumer Service Representative

Costumer Services Funciones:
1. Verificar que todas las órdenes tengan la información necesaria para ser procesadas, de no ser así contactar al cliente.

2. Dar seguimiento a las ordenes en todas las etapas en las que se encuentre, es decir, verificar disponibilidad de los artículos, verificar que el arte esté listo a tiempo, confirmar precio, que la orden sea liberada de crédito a tiempo para cumplir con las fechas de los clientes, mandar la orden a producción una vez que sea aprobada por el cliente.

3. Informar al cliente de cualquier eventualidad como lo son problemas con el inventario, con producción, retrasos en la llegada de los contenedores y en general mantenerlos informados acerca del estado de su orden.

4. Atender llamadas cuando las líneas de servicio al cliente están ocupadas o cuando los clientes nos llaman directamente para hacer cambios en sus ordenes o para resolver dudas.

5. Atender correos electrónicos en caso de que los compañeros de St Louis falten o necesiten ayuda. Actividades de Servicio al Cliente Atender llamadas de los clientes para resolver dudas, dar precios, hacer cambios a las ordenes en caso de que el cliente lo requiera e informar a los equipos correspondientes.

Salario: A partir de $5,000.00 a la semana

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
