Estamos en búsqueda de (**Operational Technology (OT)**),
- Alinearse con los servicios de TI para OT
- Facilitar la gobernanza de la seguridad cibernética mediante la implementación de un programa de gobernanza
- Desarrollar y monitorear un programa estratégico e integral de seguridad cibernética y gestión de riesgos para OT.
- Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el estado del Programa de Seguridad Cibernética OT.
- Supervisar la ejecución de los procesos de seguridad para el entorno OT

**Requerimientos**:

- Inglés intermedio / Avanzado
- Licenciatura en sistemas o afines, +2 años en áreas de OT Security
- Áreas de especialización: Comercial, Experiência del cliente, Procesos y TI, Análisis, Herramientas digitales
- Habilidades técnicas requeridas por rol:
Habilidades blandas: Automotivado, altamente comprometido, resolución de problemas, motivado por la tecnología digital, gestión de la incertidumbre, pensamiento crítico, gestión del tiempo de proyectos y relaciones.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar una estrategia de ciberseguridad para que OT comprenda los objetivos y riesgos comerciales en términos comerciales.
- Desarrolla, socializa y coordina la aprobación e implementación de iniciativas de seguridad para entornos OT.
- Actuar como experto en la materia (PYME) entre la ciberseguridad y las líneas de negocio en el desarrollo de políticas, estándares y marcos apropiados
- Monitorear continuamente las tendencias para anticipar y planificar el impacto futuro del riesgo cibernético en OT
- Proporciona informes periódicos sobre el estado de la Programa de ciberseguridad de OT para equipos de riesgo empresarial, líderes empresariales senior y la junta directiva como parte de un programa estratégico de gestión de riesgos empresariales para OT.
- Participar en consejos o grupos de trabajo relacionados con la ciberseguridad y los negocios según sea necesario.
- Educar a las partes interesadas de OT sobre asuntos relacionados con la ciberseguridad para aumentar la conciencia y mejorar la cultura.
- Establecer la propiedad del riesgo y la responsabilidad dentro de la línea de negocio.
- Coordinar con los líderes regionales de OT para alinear la estrategia, las políticas y los procesos de ciberseguridad.
- Alinear la estrategia con el equipo de ciberseguridad de TI

**Se desea, pero no se requiere**:

- MBA o una maestría en seguridad de la información, ciberseguridad, ciencias de la computación o un campo relacionado
- Experiência o certificación en técnicas de mejora de procesos, como Six Sigma
- Una o más de las siguientes certificaciones: Profesional en gestión de proyectos, Instituto de Gestión de Proyectos, Gestión de Proyectos Empresariales, Profesional de la Información Certificado
