Supv Ii Production

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
**What your background should look like**:
Actividades diarias:
1. Formar a los nuevos empleados sobre cómo usar de forma segura los equipos y seguir correctamente los procedimientos.
2. Organizar las prioridades de producción sobre las horas ejecutadas vs las planeadas.
3. Identificar problemas en la eficiencia, sugerir acciones y establecerlas junto al equipo correspondiente.
4. Controlar la calidad y la cantidad de la producción.
5. Aplicar planes de producción adicionales para la satisfacción del cliente, cuidando la Integridad de su equipo de trabajo.
6. Establecer actividades de ejercicios anti-rutina dentro de su área de trabajo.
Actividades periódicas:
1. Organizar el flujo de trabajo mediante la asignación de responsabilidades y la preparación de programas.
2. Participar en eventos de TEOA, así como en pláticas con su personal.
3. Aplicar las normas de la empresa y las directrices de seguridad de forma estricta.
4. Evaluar el desempeño de los trabajadores que se encuentran a su cargo y realizar un informe para tomar decisiones apropiadas en relación con el personal que lleva a cabo las actividades de producción.
5. Elaborar planes que se lleven a cabo y se validen con la finalidad de mejorar continuamente el índice de accidentes, enfermedades, incapacidades o defunciones en el área de trabajo.
Actividades eventuales:
1. Asegurar que los colaboradores a su cargo cuenten con la competencia necesaria para que sepan, puedan y quieran realizar las actividades correctamente desde el inicio y así evitar desperdicios.
2. Participar en eventos de lean (TEOA).
3. Disponibilidad de cambios de áreas productivas de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa.
