**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is seeking for a dynamic Maintenance Planner in Ramos Arizpe, Coah

This full-time position will be responsible for managing, performing, and improvement maintenance plans, to ensure that all the repairs of facilities systems, buildings, and equipment are executed according to plan

The Maintenance Planner report to the Head of Maintenance & Engineering Tlalnepantla. This position will travel both domestically and internationally with about 5% travel time

**The Maintenance Planner's tasks include**:

- Review and update maintenance plans in the system
- Perform Maintenance shutdowns
- Follow up on Maintenance backlog
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
- Evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to improve availability and capability
- Performing equipment failure analyses
- Contractor Management
- Cost Control
- Preparing technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures

**About you**

Do you have:

- At least 3 years' of Maintenance experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Customer service
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the general public with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
- Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications Technical Knowledge: Pneumatics and basic hydraulics; Welding; Power Transmission; Heat treatment; Heat transfer; Metrology; Electrical System; Maintenance of medium voltage electrical substations, 23 KV
