**Role Summary**:
The Global IT - Engineering Services function has the mandate to support the organization’s engineering product development IT related activities throughout the product development lifecycle. The key goals of Global IT - Engineering Services will be:

- Maintain and administrate CAx License contracts
- Increased standardization of Engineering Workstation configurations and support.
- Consolidation of CAx hardware and software licensing to leverage global Magna volumes and regional efficiencies.
- Develop and deploy strategy for CAx visualization, reduce dependencies on full CAx licenses.

Within this mandate, IT Engineering has the specific mandate to:

- Provide CAx software license management and usage reporting
- Provide a common, global environment for engineering workstation delivery and support using a limited variety of technologies, targeted to the appropriate environments or locations
- Ensure engineering workstation support is available when and where needed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CAx License Contracts Admin, IT Engineering has the mandate to:
- Manage CAx License contracts including but not limited to contract compliance, features and vendor processes
- Support of finance processes
- Create, calculate and Manage License related Services
- Maintain Software license inventory and asset preservation methodologies.
- Participates in the creation of future License contract strategies
- Participates in the creation of yearly budget
- Creates and maintains documentation
- License Revenue and Cost capture for reporting
- Handle administration tasks to receive, process and track various documents
- Processing system generated tickets in the areas of administration and monitoring
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assemble purchase approval documents
- Participate in internal, divisional and Vendor meetings
- License Inventory Control and Balancing
- Facilitate Annual Maintenance renewal

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Commercial knowledge.
- Detailed Process comprehension
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write and speak English.
- 5 years work experience
- Financial skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to navigate and utilize enterprise systems including but not limited to Matrix42, SAP S/4HANA and K2
- Project management
- Time management
