We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Automation Tester.**

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for leading a team of quality engineers.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies
- Conducting test planning and execution
- Identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Involved in test automation, performance testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Quality Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in Selenium.
- Advance English

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the quality assurance process for various software projects.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing using Selenium to identify and resolve defects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Monitor and track quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality aspects.
- Coordinate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in Selenium and automated testing.
- Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks.
- Have a background in Life and Annuities Insurance (nice to have).
