**Accountabilities**:

- Project development and strategic planning of Check Outs & Fastlane evolution agenda across LATAM
- Prioritize and define follow up processes to ENSURE Check Outs & Fastlane projects EXECUTION and continuous improvement
- Lead, Inspire and Empower local commercial and catman teams to develop Check Outs & Fastlane Multicategory solutions (PORTFOLIO, SPACE MANAGEMENT, MERCHANDISING TOOLS and KEY MESSAGES).
- Refine Check oust & Fastlane Methodology to drive mulit-category sales growth, quantify opportunity for Pepsico brands & Customers
- Evolve IMPULSE selling stories based on Regional & Local Shopper & Multicategory Insights to GUARANTEE mapping Check Outs & Fastlane on JBP process
- Develop local catman teams talent thru training & coaching to leverage IMPULSE Zone.
- Management and negotiation with suppliers: Shopper Insights, merchandising & technology tools and Design agency.
- Support Ad-Hoc analysis for IMPULSE categories regarding Revenue Management, packaging changes, inventories and impact on PERMANENT & TEMPORARY Merchandising tools in major supermarket chains, wholesale and DTS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree (economic, administrative or engineering)
- Minimum 4+ years experience in Category Management
- Desirable 2 years experience in Check Outs & Fastlane Development
- Desirable 2 years in commercial experience (key accounts, operations)
- Strategic thinking, numerical and analytical skills
- High level of negotiation and communication
- High efficiency in handling and understanding of database systems, spreadsheets, images and graphic design tools
- Talent development, project management, Insights into actions
- English 100%.
