**In your role, you will**:

- Create the Production Plan based on Backward schedule process considering capacity and inventory available.
- Monitor compliance of the master plan (OTD, master schedule + recovery plan + production monitoring (Late hours))
- Monitoring costs and inventory vs. production orders (inactive, obsolete and unplanned)
- Efficiency in change management (RNC, Snags, action sheets re-work orders, etc.)
- Ensure full customer service for AOG/Spare, availability of material/components on time for production and delivery.
- Change Management integrated with Production Plan
- Participate in production DMMs, improvement projects, processes from demand to supply (through cost reduction) and AES (KPI performance, PSS process, etc.).
- Provide visibility of shorts to production, plan and manage component coverage,
- Monitoring/analysis of overconsumption of parts (Scrap)
- Collaborate within the team to achieve common goals
- Functional: Strategic Vision, decision making, customer orientation.
- Knowledge: Inventory, planning, logistics or manufacturing.
- Software: MS Office, SAP & MRP(MM Module and PP).
- Core: Teamwork, flexibility, focus in results, Self-Development.
- Expected Behavior: Proactivity, initiative and responsible.
- Experiência: + 2 years
- English level: intermediate/advanced
- School level: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, industrial engineering or similar
