**Position Summary**

Manages key customer accounts, responsible for oversight and direct management of customer service representatives in Mexico. Position will interact daily with customers, production, logistics, and sales staff. Staff management to effectively meet customer service standards and support division's strategies for premiere customer experience and lean initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Represents the division as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- High complexity contract review activities
- Point of contact for customer escalations and problem resolution
- Leader for customers of Parker Systems (PH Connect, EDI, Portal management for key critical accounts) with set up and maintenance
- Supervises the Chomerics Customer Service Department located in Mexico; manages work schedules ensuring appropriate coverage
- Training and support of employees
- Operates in accordance with the corporate and export compliance policies as determined by the export control procedure
- Work closely with the business unit managers, division field sales and marketing personnel as well as a cross all functional areas of the business
- Assist with standardizing process and procedures thru the division to drive CPI, initiatives and projects

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- Business or administrative bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years' experience of customer service experience required
- Advanced English (80%-90%)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with customer executives and high-level managers
- Available to travel as needed to customers, training sessions or other Parker locations
