El Gerente de Control de Negocios de Cumplimiento ofrece liderazgo y responsabilidad de supervisión totales. Proporciona dirección y liderazgo operativo/de servicios a los equipos. Aplica conocimientos disciplinarios mediante la provisión de perspectivas de valor agregado o servicios de asesoría. Puede contribuir con el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas, modelos y planes dentro del área de experiência. Se requieren sólidas habilidades comunicativas y diplomáticas. Generalmente, es responsable del volumen, la calidad y los plazos de los resultados finales y la responsabilidad compartida de la planificación y los presupuestos. Su trabajo afecta toda el área, y esto, con el tiempo, afecta el desempeño y la efectividad generales de la categoría de puestos/subfunciones. Aporta una completa responsabilidad de supervisión; garantiza la motivación y el desarrollo del equipo mediante un liderazgo profesional para incluir tareas como evaluación de desempeño, compensación, contratación, medidas disciplinarias y desvinculaciones, como también tareas y responsabilidades diarias.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar la calidad y monitorear que se cumplan nuestras pautas.
- Liderar un equipo a cargo de completar todos los tipos de revisiones de calidad y control.
- Ejercer total liderazgo y responsabilidad de supervisión. Ser responsable del rendimiento del equipo incluida la puntualidad de trabajo, calidad de revisiones y tarjetas de puntuación mensuales/anuales.
- Supervisar procedimientos de calidad y mantenerlos actualizados.
- Controlar el flujo de trabajo del equipo, confirmar que las tareas cumplan con la puntualidad o crear planes para mantener todo el trabajo al día.
- Realizar análisis sobre resultados e informar según las revisiones completadas. Comunicar los resultados a los equipos operativos incluido el análisis de causa raíz sobre defectos.
- Ayudar con las solicitudes y tener intercambios con los examinadores de auditoría y cumplimiento.
- Analizar e identificar riesgos según la información suministrada al revisar o agregar nuevas revisiones.
- Actuar como consultor para el negocio en relación con las mejoras de procesos para revisiones de calidad.
- Asegurar que estén los controles adecuados implementados para todo el trabajo realizado.
- Impulsar acciones correctivas y desarrollar recomendaciones de acciones correctivas.
- Trabajar con múltiples equipos de sistemas y sistemas de información administrativa (Management information system, MIS) para asegurar que los datos estén disponibles para el análisis de resultados.
- Trabajar con los miembros del equipo de Control de Calidad de Operaciones ubicados en múltiples lugares.
- Ayudar a impulsar la consistencia entre las funciones de Operaciones de crédito a través de revisiones de calidad, revisiones de control, comentarios de auditoría y resultados.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

**Calificaciones**:

- Preferentemente, entre 5 y 8 años de experiência como líder de equipos.
- Habilidad para analizar resultados e identificar fortalezas y oportunidades.
- Experiência en creación e implementación de procesos que mejoren el desempeño comercial.
- Capacidad para el trabajo independiente y para priorizar y trabajar de forma diligente bajo presión.
- Capacidad para la comunicación efectiva con múltiples líneas de negocios y múltiples níveles de gerencia.
- Experiência obligatoria en operaciones de crédito.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar bien en entornos de equipo, en colaboración con diversos grupos.
- Capacidad de navegar la complejidad para crear soluciones claras y con frecuencia únicas.
- Excepcionales habilidades de organización demostrables.
- Trayectoria de rendimiento con antecedentes de aumento de responsabilidad y entrega de proyectos/tareas.
- Capacidad comprobada para tomar decisiones comerciales sólidas.
- Superiores habilidades de ejecución con el foco en plazos y pasos de acción claros y realistas.
- Habilidad comprobada para comunicar el razonamiento comercial a contrapartes internas y externas.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
