We're looking for a **Tech lead Sim Engineer**

**Location: Guadalajara (able to work from the office 2 or 3 times per week)**
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Microservices - REST API, CRUD, CI/CD, Java - Springboot, Python - Flask, Postman.
- Four years of experience utilizing coding languages such as Python, Java or C++ and working within a cloud environment utilizing technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure or VMware
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, identify bugs, relate to development, and test fixes
- Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes, software and development ideas
- **Experience in wireless network rollout, integration, operations and maintenance is a plus.**
