Partners with Plant manager and key business leaders in the development of business strategy. Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of company's human resources departments, provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and Union labor relations. Provide guidance and direction for legal and risk compliance while improving and maintaining operational goals.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- BA / BS degree or equivalent, MA / MS / MBA degree preferred.
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- 5+ years of HR management experience, within manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and compliance of federal and state labor and employment laws.
- In-depth understanding of applicable NOMs in matters of labor, hygiene and safety, required by STPS, IMSS.
- Proven experience in negotiating and administering Union Labor contracts.
- Experience developing and administering corporate compliance with personnel policies and procedures and Code of Conduct.
- Leadership capabilities required in implementing and managing corporate programs, complying with local legislation and company vision.
- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.
