**This role is not virtual and will be office based in Dalian**

**The Opportunity**:
This position is an excellent opportunity to increase your Payroll management skills and learn more about operating process and begin or continue a career path towards both.

**You are great at**:

- Processing and Manage payroll related activities for China
- In depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendor/Internal teams and processing the data in payroll
- Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements
- Experience in handing payroll related queries
- Creating System Documentations
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in teams
- Willingness to support any payroll for any other APAC countries

**What it takes**:

- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
- Should possess strong end to end process knowledge on China
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Years of Experience -7+ years of experience with 5-6 years of China payroll experience.
- Knowledge and Skills:

- Good understanding of accounting processes and principles.
- Good analytical skills & knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
