**Descripción General**
- Acompañamiento y abordaje psicosocial desde inicio de tratamiento a los pacientes dentro de Terapia de Astra Zeneca
- Asegurar adherencia a tratamiento a través del desarrollo de estrategias y tácticas acorde al procedimiento del programa de soporte a pacientes.
- Identificar y eliminar posibles barreras para la continuidad del tratamiento mediante la generación redes de apoyo para el paciente de TRE, asesoría sobre los requerimientos para continuidad de la seguridad social, actualización de estudios socioeconómicos y generación de planes de acción específicos.
- Obtención y aseguramiento la documentación mandatoria de los pacientes (socioeconómico, aviso de
- privacidad y consentimiento informado)
- Asegurar el apego y cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos establecidos en materia de Programas a Pacientes
- Acompañamiento de su enfermedad

**Neuro**logía Actividades**

**Después de diagnóstico y después del inicio de tratamiento**
- ** Clínimetría**: Cuestionarios y combinados de psicopatología que tiene
- Prueba de 25 pasos/ 9 hoyos; Enfermedad; Certificación de psicometrías y checklist validados. Trimestral, semestral y/o anualmente
- Vacunación
- Seguimiento de adherencia
- Seguimiento institucional
- Transición vida adulta

**Complemento**
- Vacunación (Aplicación y documentación del certificado)
- Capacitaciones de infusión
- Seguimiento de compra del producto
- Soliris el seguimiento sería quincenal para la adherencia.
- Ultomiris: seguimiento cada dos meses de adherencia, pero monitoreo quincenal (esto ayudaría a dar tranquilidad al médico que no lo vea cada dos meses).
- Acercamiento en duración para poder incluir al paciente
- Transición vida adulta
- Incluir plasmic score.
- Acompañamiento de migración a Soliris-Ultomiris
