**Copywriting Specialist**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develops and executes content aligned with the university's brand and creating engaging content across various platforms.
- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, brochures, and social media posts.
- Assisted in developing SEO-friendly content and ensured it aligned with brand messaging.
- Ensure all content aligns with our people-first values and resonates with our target audience.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications team to refine and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

**The minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and copywriting.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
