**Summary**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular safety inspections of the work site based on Main Constructor instructions and regulations to identify and eliminate hazards.
- Work with Main Constructor onsite Safety Department to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and training programs.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective action plans.
- Liaise with government agencies as required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in construction safety.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English communication is highly desirable.
- Scissor Lift/Aerial Lift certification is preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
