Como ingeniero brindaras soporte técnico a varios servicios que se centran en las tecnologías informáticas de AWS, que permiten a los clientes ejecutar sus cargas de trabajo en AWS.
- **Responsabilidades**:_
- Implementación de infraestructura de red y resolución de problemas combinadas con una metodología de documentación probada.
- Responsable de resolver los casos de los clientes a través de una variedad de canales de contacto (teléfono, correo electrónico y web/chat en vivo), aplicando técnicas avanzadas de resolución de problemas para brindar soluciones personalizadas y trabajando con ellos para profundizar en la causa raíz de un problema.
- Aprenderá continuamente tecnologías innovadoras y desarrollará nuevas habilidades técnicas y otras competencias profesionales.
- Actuarás como entrevistador en procesos de contratación y entrenarás/mentarás a nuevos miembros del equipo.
- **Experiência deseable**:_

Certificaciones en nube AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Consola AWS (VPC, EC2, Lambda, Apigateway, ECS, CloudFormation, Route53, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, EdShift, CloudWatch, S3, CodeCommit.

Base de datos: Oracle, MySQL, PLSQL

Sistemas Operativos: Linux, Windows

Tipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
