**NIVEL DE RESPONSABILIDAD**:
Manejo de los sistemas financieros: inventarios, costo de ventas, cuentas por pagar y por cobrar. Desarrollo de la dirección estratégica e iniciativas.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Ayudar en la coordinación, consolidación y preparación y análisis del Plan Anual
- Ayudar en la consolidación de las previsiones trimestrales financieras, incluyendo comparación con trimestres anteriores, proyecciones para trimestres futuros y cambios del plan anual. Asegura que el Plan y la Previsión Trimestral son válidos y completos.
- Ayudar a evaluar e interpretar los resultados operativos. Instintivamente reconoce inconsistencias en los datos financieros e inicia y administra proactivamente las acciones correctivas apropiadas.
- Ayudar en la preparación de comentarios financieros mensuales y monitorear indicadores y tendencias clave
- Control de presupuesto a través de la revisión de requisiciones de compra, asignación de cuentas contables
- Control de gastos externos y de servicios de Logística con reportes mensuales
- Elaboración de reportes de “head count”, revisión y clasificación de empleados atendiendo a categoría/área reporta inconsistencias de clasificación de personal.
- Ayudar en la preparación del paquete mensual de revisión de operaciones
- Ayudar en la preparación del plan semanal, mensual de perspectivas y conversión
- Preparar reporte detallado de gastos de manufactura y asignar entre unidades de negocio.
- Preparar Factura de Maquila.
- Control Supervisar los gastos de capital gasto real en comparación con los programas de capital previstos y planificados. Proporcionar información sobre gastos de capital mensuales significativos
- Coordinar revisiones mensuales del balance
- Realizar análisis de cuentas de Inventario.
- Realización de pólizas, reservas de cierre mensual
- Revisión de cuentas de balance y de resultados en forma mensual
- Realizar Conciliaciones de cuentas
**CONOCIMIENTOS Y COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS**:
- Licenciatura en Finanzas o Contabilidad (MBA, CMA o CPA preferidos).
- Se necesitan un mínimo de cinco años de experiência financiera y contable progresiva y un amplio conocimiento de los principios contables generalmente aceptados.
- Amplio conocimiento de Contabilidad mexicana y de requisitos fiscales para la deducibilidad de gastos.
- Amplio conocimiento en Impuestos mexicanos (Locales, Estatales y Federales).
- Conocimiento de precios de transferencia.
- Facturación.
- Inglés/español bilingüe.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, interpersonales y de comunicación con sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Conocimientos de sistema SAP
